We are seeking an experienced and compassionate local Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for an 8-week contract. The Contract LPN/RN position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic setting with a chance for full-time employment after the contract period. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and facility policies. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Educate residents and families on health management and care plans. Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents. Qualifications Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) nursing license in Missouri. Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
