Radiology - Echo / Cardiac Sonographer

Echo / Vascular Technician

This is a 13-week contract position.

Position available within a specified facility.

Day Shift: 5x8 hours (07:00 - 15:00), Monday through Friday.

The Echo / Vascular Technician will be proficient in Echocardiography, including Definity, Agitated Bubble, and Vascular studies. Responsibilities include performing echocardiographic evaluations, assisting in vascular studies, and maintaining patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct echocardiograms and vascular studies following established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during all imaging procedures.
• Document and record patient data accurately using the Cerner charting system.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Echocardiography and Vascular studies is required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and CCI RCS are required. ARDMS certification preferred.
• Candidates must be proficient in using Cerner as a charting system.
• No first-time travelers; must be located within a 75-mile radius of the facility.
