About the Position

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology Specialty: CT and MRI Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 21:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: ARRT R and CT registered Certifications: CT registered Must-Have: Must be able to perform CT procedures such as biopsy, drainage, coronary CTA, and nerve root blocks. Must be able to perform fluoroscopy on the CT machine. Description: Orientation is bi-weekly. The facility has 154 beds and provides services in various specialties, including orthopedics, spine services, cardiology, general surgery, and women's care. The location is known for its proximity to beautiful nature, including national parks and scenic towns. The patient population includes adults, geriatrics, and some pediatric cases. The equipment used includes GE EHR: Paragon. The department has a patient ratio of 20-30 per tech, with two techs on duty. Weekend hours are required only if PTO is taken. On-call requirements include being available a couple of nights a week, rotated with other techs. Preferred experience includes MRI. Dress code includes wearing black scrubs, and unacceptable attire includes t-shirts and hoodies.
