Brookside is hiring a dedicated Community Manager to oversee operations at The Easton , our premier apartment community in Millington, TN. If you’re an experienced leader in multifamily property management and ready to drive results while supporting a great team, this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of multifamily property management experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience with property management software (Entrata preferred)
Passion for resident satisfaction and community excellence

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily property operations, including leasing, collections, and resident relations
Drive occupancy and control delinquency
Manage property budgets and vendor relationships
Supervise office and maintenance teams
Ensure compliance with housing regulations and safety standards
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
