Batch Maker
Our client in Louisville is seeking a dependable production worker to join their team. This is a hands-on role with room to advance. You will be working closely with experienced Batch Makers to ensure quality and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reading and following batch instructions
- Being able to identify raw materials for production batches
- Communicating when items are low
- Self-starter who can also take direction from experienced workers
- Filling out end product
- Labeling when needed
- Fork lift experience preferred not required
- Capable of lifting 50-60 pounds (A must)
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
Job Details:
- Shift: 8am - 5pm M-F
- Pay: $18-22 depending on experience
- This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with benefits available upon conversion
