Security Officer I

Job Overview Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Security Officer I to ensure the safety and security of people and property at St. Nicholas Hospital. The role includes patrolling assigned areas, enforcing rules and regulations, and responding to all emergency requests and alarms. Position Specifics Department: Security Core Function: Support Services Schedule: PRN, as needed Facility: St. Nicholas Hospital Location: Sheboygan, WI Scheduled Weekly Hours: 0 Responsibilities Security Officer I’s provide safety and security services to ensure the well‑being of both people and property by patrolling assigned areas, enforcing rules and regulations, responding to emergencies, and providing assistance and coordination. HSHS Security officers are often the first or last person patients, visitors and colleagues encounter, and are expected to be professional, courteous, and resilient in the hospital environment. Compensation Pay Range: $18.50 – $26.83. The actual pay rate will be based on factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
