AI & Automation Strategy Leader

The Hershey Company is seeking a Manager, Business Digital Lead to connect business priorities with enterprise AI, automation, and technology capabilities. You will identify opportunities, define requirements, and lead delivery of scalable digital solutions across functions such as Legal, Finance, or Growth.
You will collaborate with IS, security, privacy, and governance teams to ensure compliant, value-driven programs and manage adoption, change, and measurement of outcomes.
