Line Leader

LINE LEADER Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Line Leader for a company based in Moody, AL. Pay Rate $22.00 to $23.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:45 pm. Duties and Responsibilities Lead and direct a team of production employees on assigned production lines. Ensure production schedules, quotas, and deadlines are met. Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process. Verify proper setup, operation, and changeovers of production equipment. Train new employees on safety procedures, quality standards, and job responsibilities. Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of line employees. Qualifications and Requirements Bilingual, Spanish and English would be a plus. High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or food production experience required. Prior leadership, lead operator, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Basic computer and paperwork documentation skills.
