Kinjo Bar & Lounge is looking for a passionate, high-energy Bartender to join our growing team. We’re a hospitality-driven concept that values craft, teamwork, and unforgettable guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong sense of hospitality
High energy with a warm, engaging presence behind the bar
Willingness to learn and grow with our beverage program
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong knowledge in beverage, communication skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to standard
Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism and enthusiasm
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and bar standards
Collaborate closely with the service and management teams
Uphold all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
