Sr. Designer, Online Grocery

The North America Stores Creative team is seeking a Sr. Designer to focus on our Online Grocery creative team, driving digital-first creative solutions through automation, AI integration, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for executing high-quality, customer-facing work for Amazon Grocery across all online marketing channels, contributing to a cohesive brand identity and maintaining a high bar for creative assets. This role requires strong craft expertise in food photography, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to lead projects from brief to delivery while partnering cross-functionally to produce impactful marketing deliverables. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and leverages experimentation and performance data to inform their approach.Key job responsibilities• Strong design craft and expertise, including motion & animation design experience• Ability to deliver brand-compliant digital solutions aligned to project requirements and business objectives• Ability to lead projects from brief to delivery and manage multiple workstreams• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with copywriter, marketing partners and channel owners• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the retail ecommerce space and different channel strategies• Ability to use performance data and testing insights to inform design decisions• Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to present concepts and finished work to stakeholders• Awareness of emerging design trends and GenAI innovations• Experience contributing to or maintaining brand style guides and playbooks• Experience driving creative innovation projects and presenting to internal teams• Familiarity with process improvement and streamlining creative delivery workflowsAbout the teamThe Amazon North America Creative team is responsible for crafting bold, efficient, and breakthrough marketing content to reach and resonate with today's audience. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
