Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. The Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and neat presentation of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specific instructions.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects and equipment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas by following a detailed cleaning checklist.
- Replace linens and amenities in guest rooms.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Empty trash containers and remove trash to designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests when needed.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
