Physical Therapist - $80K+ per year

Select Medical is seeking a Physical Therapist for a job in Louisville, Kentucky. KORT Physical Therapy is seeking an In-Home Staff Physical Therapist in Jeffersonville, IN. Schedule Monday - Friday with occasional weekend rotation. Compensation Starting at $80,000 annual base with potential for an indefinite student debt program and up to $15,000 sign-On bonus. Travel to different home-care settings, between clinics, doctor’s offices, and patient homes. Evaluate the home environment for rehabilitation and make appropriate recommendations to increase client independence. Develop, prepare, and maintain individualized client care progress records with accuracy, timeliness, and per agency policy and procedures. Supervise physical therapy assistants by directing, participating in, and presenting continuing education programs; assume administrative/supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the director. Educate clients/caregivers and health-care teams in the phases of physical therapy, use of prosthetic and orthotic devices, and durable medical equipment, as appropriate. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Licensed physical therapist in the state of employment. Minimum two years of experience as a physical therapist. Automobile liability insurance and current unrestricted driver’s license. CPR certification or completed training required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Home Care Home Base EMR System.
