Senior Project Manager

❗ Now Hiring: Senior Project Manager – Highway Construction Greater Chicago Area We’re seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead roadway construction projects from start to finish. If you’re organized, detail-focused, and have experience managing subcontractors and schedules, this is the role for you! What You’ll Do Negotiate and execute agreements with subcontractors and suppliers Prepare and maintain project schedules Develop project submittals and attend construction progress meetings Monitor project correspondence and documentation Generate and process subcontractor payments Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure projects stay on track and on time Managing projects ✅ What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ experience in roadway construction Familiarity with IDOT and municipal specifications Experience with HCSS software Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word Strong organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines Team player with excellent communication skills Ability to review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project deliverables for accurate take-offs What’s Offered Competitive salary based on experience: $140-180k Health, dental & vision insurance (after 90 days) PTO and paid holidays 401(k) plan with company contributions
