Report safety concerns or issues to immediate supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by completing daily housekeeping assignments. Complete make‑ready in accordance with the Job Ticket and Product Specification documents to ensure correct print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and anilox rollers are used. Complete all required quality checks related to product specifications, visual, and functional checks; perform all press‑side quality checks. Operate press to produce product according to customer specifications while maintaining quality, waste, and press efficiency. Maintain consistent quality during the production run; perform critical quality checks such as copy, color, registration, and ink adhesion to ensure conformance to all other quality checks. Complete all related procedures, work instructions, and quality measurements as outlined in the BRC standard. Complete press make‑ready efficiently. Complete all required equipment maintenance duties. Clean plate, cylinder, and ink pans, and lubricate press as needed. Input all required information into the GlobeTek system for material usage and time in an accurate and prompt manner. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience as a printing press operator and/or training. Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds. Physical demands: standing, using hands to feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear; frequent walking; occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling; specific vision requirements including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
