Athletic Trainer- Everett, WA (New Graduates Welcome to Apply)

Employment Type: Full-Time/Permanent Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 8 am-6 pm OR 3rd shift

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our growing industrial injury prevention team. This role focuses on proactive injury prevention through Symptom Intervention (SI), job conditioning, work-site visits, and other prevention services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage employees in occupational and industrial environments
• Deliver injury prevention programming and early symptom intervention
• Conduct job conditioning and work-site ergonomic visits
• Mentor and support fellow team members
• Organize and prioritize service delivery effectively

Qualifications:

• Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
• Licensed in Washington State or eligible for licensure
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge about injury prevention and occupational health
