RSS Talent Partners is partnering with a client in Necedah, WI to hire a Maintenance Automation Technician for a direct hire opportunity. This is a union position offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and hands-on work with automated production systems.

What you'll do

• Maintain and repair production machinery and automated systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Work with PLC systems, sensors, servo systems, and industrial controls
• Support overall facility maintenance and equipment performance
• Diagnose problems quickly to minimize downtime
• Contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment where reliability matters

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience, OR an associate degree in Industrial Electronics
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs and automation systems
• Knowledge of power systems
• Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure
• Manufacturing experience preferred
