FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location: Central Michigan University

• We are hiring immediately for a full time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR position.

• Schedule : Full time schedule. Woldt and Carey Dining Hall: Hours of operation - Monday -Thursday. 7:30 am – 7:30 pm, Friday. 7:30 am – 7:00 pm. Saturday/Sunday. 10:00 am – 7:00 pm. Merrill Virtual Dining Hall: Monday - Thursday. Hours of operation. 11:00 am -11:00 pm (work 4 10-hour shifts then off Fri/Sat/Sun) More details upon interview.

• Requirement : 2-3 years of culinary/restaurant management experience is required.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.

• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.

• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.

• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
