Job Summary
We are seeking Remote Licensed Health Insurance Telesales Agents to support a busy Open Enrollment season in a high-volume, customer-focused sales environment. This temporary telesales opportunity is ideal for licensed insurance professionals in Florida or Georgia who enjoy helping customers compare health plan options, answer questions, and complete enrollments over the phone. This role offers 100% remote work, competitive hourly pay, performance-based bonus opportunities, and structured training to help you succeed. Leadership provides guidance, performance support, and the tools needed to help agents meet goals while delivering a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities - Handle primarily inbound telesales calls with some outbound follow-up calls.- Educate customers on available health insurance plans, benefits, and enrollment options.
- Recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on customer needs and eligibility.
- Cross-sell eligible products when appropriate and in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Follow approved sales scripts, enrollment procedures, and documentation standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and complete enrollment applications. Compensation and Benefits - English Licensed Agents: $21.00 per hour.
- Bilingual Spanish or Creole Licensed Agents: $23.50 per hour.
- Performance-based bonuses available.
- 100% remote role for candidates residing in Florida or Georgia.
- Temporary assignment through the end of December 2026.
- Training schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
- Upcoming training classes: August 27, September 3, and September 10.
- Attendance during training is mandatory, and no time off will be approved during training.
- Work schedules fall within operating hours of 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.
- Schedules are assigned based on business needs, and weekly schedule changes should be expected.
- Candidates cannot select their shift.
- During peak Open Enrollment, occasional hours beyond 9:00 PM may be required. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support customers through the health insurance plan selection and enrollment process.- Manage inbound sales conversations and outbound follow-up calls in a remote call center environment.
- Meet sales goals, compliance expectations, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Accurately complete enrollment documentation and customer records. - Active Florida 2-40 or 2-15 Health Insurance License, or equivalent Georgia health insurance license.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years of related experience in telesales, customer service, call center, insurance sales, or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven call center environment.
- Strong computer navigation, typing, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote work setting.
- Ability to successfully complete background screening, fingerprinting, and required training.
- Must understand that the health insurance license will be held during the assignment, which means agents may not sell insurance outside of this employer while on assignment. Preferred Qualifications - 1 or more years of commissioned or bonus-based sales experience.
- 1 or more years of call center experience.
- 1 or more years of health insurance experience.
- Bilingual Spanish or Creole communication skills.
- Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated approach with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right health coverage.
