What You’ll Own

• End-to-end CNC setups: tool selection, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments for varied production runs.
• Efficient machine operation, balancing speed with accuracy to meet quality targets.
• Reading and applying technical drawings/specs; using CNC programming knowledge to execute correctly.
• Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safety and quality.
• Preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Occasional manual machining to support production needs.
• Shop math applied to measurements, tolerances, and calculations.
• Collaborative problem-solving to improve processes and resolve production issues.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar machining role.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skill, especially with CNC equipment.
• Familiarity with CNC tooling and programming.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing SOPs.
• Manual machining skills (preferred).
• Solid shop math capability.
• Attention to detail, quality mindset, and strong teamwork/communication.
