Are you passionate about transforming supply chains with AI? Join our Digital Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Co-op, where you'll gain hands-on experience in AI-driven analytics, process automation, and decision intelligence advance planning systems. You'll work on real-world projects that integrate AI into planning, forecasting, and inventory optimizationmaking a measurable impact on operational efficiency. This Co-op will be 6 months in duration from June-December 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with planners and IT to automate supply chain workflows using AI tools and data from Kinaxis, SAP, Excel, and other enterprise systems.
• Support the development and deployment of AI solutions for supply/demand pegging, KPI tracking, and execution efficiency.
• Analyze large datasets (10M+ rows) to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to predictive modeling and process automation that improve planner productivity and decision-making.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Analytics.
• Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts and familiarity with tools used in supply chain optimization.
• Proficient in statistical analysis, Excel (pivot tables, vlookups), and SQL.

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Experience with planning platforms such as Blue Yonder (BY), Kinaxis, or SAP is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
