Job Title: Mathematics FT Faculty, CFS ProfessionalPosting close date: Thursday, October 1, 2026*NOTE: Last day to apply is Wednesday, September 30, 2026 @ 11:59 p.m. (MST)Start date of this position: Fall 2027Applications are invited for a CFS-track professional (teaching) faculty position in the Department of Mathematics at Brigham Young University, beginning in August 2027. Starting rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The department has a strong commitment to undergraduate education. Candidates will be evaluated based on evidence of excellent teaching and the potential to make significant contributions to service. Required Degree:PhD in mathematics or a related field. The required degree must be completed by the start date.Duties/Expectations:Teaching mathematics courses at the undergraduate level. The teaching load will generally be 8 or 9 courses per academic year, including the Fall and Winter semesters and one of the Spring or Summer terms.
