Superintendent I - Bay Area, CA

Overview We are seeking a Project Superintendent for our Water Division in the Bay Area, CA. You will ensure projects are carried out safely, finished on schedule and on budget, and meet the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities Overall management of field operations. Create and manage project schedule. Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications. Establish budgets and control cost, identify and eliminate cost variances. Identify project risk and work to mitigate it. Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor. Conduct systematic quality control inspections. Follow company safety program, laws, and OSHA operating standards. Manage jobsite cleanliness. Prepare daily time cards for personnel under supervision. Prepare daily logs. Qualifications High School diploma. 6+ years of experience. Basic computer skills preferred. May require relocation. Salary $129,000 - $191,000.
