Location - any Hyve site Full-time This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and executing the company's RMA and Asset Recovery strategy across all warehouse locations. The Director of RMA is accountable for maximizing recovery of company capital through timely return of products to vendors, warranty recovery programs, supplier claims management, reverse logistics processes, and disposition of non-sellable inventory. This role ensures the organization minimizes inventory losses, recovers vendor credits promptly, and optimizes overall return operations while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
