Conduct thorough evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations through standardized assessments and hands-on observation.

Create customized treatment plans targeting immediate and long-term communication goals, cognitive needs, and swallowing requirements.

Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions that focus on communication, language, voice fluency, and swallowing.

Partner effectively with a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and families to devise cohesive care strategies.

Provide guidance and education to patients and their families, encouraging continued progress outside the clinical environment.

Assist with occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care throughout patient journeys.

Keep thorough and timely documentation to comply with all state, federal, and organization guidelines.

Stay abreast of developments in the field through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification has not yet been granted.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of joining.

Expertise in evidence-based practices for various age groups, with a deep understanding of both developmental and acquired communication and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.

Adaptability to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic needs in therapy techniques.

Strong clinical judgment paired with excellent problem-solving skills.

Proficient with electronic medical records and compliance with documentation standards.
