Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Physical Therapist - Our client, a 50+ bed healthcare facility located near Westover in North Central VA, has a need for a few Physical Therapists to join their team. These are outpatient positions. However, we do cross train for inpatient. New grads certainly considered. We have mentorship positions available. The Position: We are seeking an outpatient physical therapist to join our continually growing therapy services department. We are a department of the Medical Center, a not-for-profit organization. Positions available with the ability to specialize in multiple areas including pediatrics. Up to a $30,000 Signing Bonus! What makes us different? We offer one to one quality treatments, evaluations generally scheduled for 60-minutes with 45-minute follow-up treatments, diverse patient populations, collaborative working environment, and support from a strong team of clinicians offering a great atmosphere for new grads or experienced therapists. We provide mentorships and preceptorships. Our experienced team includes Board Certified Therapists. We encourage and promote growth of specialties and Board Certification. The team! 25+ physical therapists, 5 occupational therapists, 4 speech pathologists. Specialties and services: Orthopedics, pediatrics, aquatics, oncology, pelvic health, lymphedema, dry needling, LSVT, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, and neurological rehabilitation. The Area: We are located in the beautiful Piedmont area of Virginia, at the eastern foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The town offers its residents and visitors an environment rich in natural beauty and fascinating history. Our community offers a strong economic base and a healthy mix of business, industry, tourism and agriculture - making it a great place to live, work and play. Quick access to the rich cultures of Washington, D.C., Charlottesville, Richmond, and Fredericksburg. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited PT program. Experience: No experience necessary. Refer to the Life Support Training Policy for additional details. Licensure: Virginia State Therapy License, Physical Therapist Trainee in Virginia, or Compact Privilege.
