Addy AI is building AI agents for mortgage lending.

Mortgage companies spend thousands of dollars and weeks of manual work processing loans. Addy AI helps lenders, brokers, and loan officers automate pre-underwriting, processing, borrower communication, and loan operations with AI.

Our mission is simple: help mortgage professionals close loans in hours, not weeks.

We're looking for our first marketing hire to help tell that story.

The Role

This is not a traditional marketing job.

We're looking for an AI-native creator who loves storytelling, content, video, design, and technology.

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to create the content that defines the Addy AI brand.

One day you might be filming a customer story.

The next day you might be launching a new AI agent, creating motion graphics, editing a podcast clip, writing a LinkedIn post, producing a product demo, or turning a customer success story into content seen by thousands of mortgage professionals.

You will own content creation from idea to publication.

What You'll Do

- Create and publish content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms

- Film, edit, and produce product videos, customer stories, interviews, and founder content

- Create motion graphics, animations, and visual assets

- Turn product launches into compelling stories

- Build repeatable content systems and workflows

- Develop customer case studies and success stories

- Work closely with the CEO to scale founder-led content

- Stay on top of AI trends and identify opportunities for Addy AI to participate in relevant conversations

- Help define and evolve the Addy AI brand

- Experiment with new formats, tools, and distribution channels

- Genuinely excited About AI in media, storytelling, and content creation

- Exceptional storyteller

- Strong video editing skills

- Experience creating content that gets attention and drives engagement

- Comfortable filming, editing, writing, and publishing content yourself

- Strong design instincts

- Experience with motion graphics and animation

- Deep interest in AI and emerging technology

- Highly creative while remaining execution-oriented

- Able to move quickly and operate with little structure

- Strong sense of ownership

Bonus Points

- Experience building content for a startup

- Experience creating content around AI, technology, SaaS, fintech, or mortgage lending

- Experience growing personal or company social channels

- Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI tools
