If you are passionate about developing raw talent, we want to talk to you! What You’ll Do As our Sales Leader, you will be the engine of our sales floor . You are a player-coach whose primary goal is elevating the people around you. * In-the-Trenches Leadership: You will be highly visible on the floor, working deals side-by-side with your sales team, engaging directly with customers, and actively driving the daily energy of the showroom. * Relentless Talent Coaching: Transform potential into high performance. You will conduct daily one-on-ones, live role-play scenarios, and provide real-time, constructive feedback to continuously elevate the skills of our sales staff. * Drive the Numbers: Use daily quantitative analysis and 30/60/90-day trend tracking to pinpoint skill gaps, pivot floor strategies, and maximize opportunities. * Optimize Operations: Oversee manufacturer reporting portals (including RDR submissions), maximize manufacturer incentives, and streamline the CRM funnel from lead to delivery. * Maximize Profitability: Work closely with the F&I department and accurately appraise trade-ins to build a healthy used car inventory and maximize total dealership gross. You are patient, motivating, and know how to get the best out of different personality types. * Experience: 5+ years of automotive dealership experience, with proven success in a Sales Manager or GSM role. * Analytical Mindset: You make decisions based on data, not just gut feelings.
