Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid New Hampshire Special Education Teacher certification (required)
• Experience delivering specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Familiarity with multiple grade levels (1st through 11th preferred)
• Flexibility to travel between three school buildings (grades 1-2, 9-11, and 9-12)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with colleagues, students, and families
• Commitment to supporting both charter and district school students

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) and evidence-based instructional strategies
• Coordinate with general educators and related service providers
• Support student transitions between grade levels and educational settings
• Monitor and document student progress toward goals
