As you grow your territory, there are opportunities for higher base salaries and significantly higher earning potential.LocationHybrid/Field -basedBenefitsFull Benefits: 401(k) with match, Medical, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, PTO and NY State Paid Sick.Essential Functions:Build the business through cold calling, networking, and building referral relationships.Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.Proactively move potential clients through the sales process using the Zoho CRM effectively and efficiently.Work autonomously, managing your own schedule, and using a CRM (HubSpot) to keep your pipeline organized.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.Record daily activities in HubSpot.Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.Requirements:4 Year degree in Business, finance, or marketing or equivalent experience (Preferred)A minimum of 2 years successful B2B sales experienceOutstanding interpersonal, organizational and sales skillsExcellent ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environmentExhibit extraordinary discretion, flexibility and willingness to work closely with our senior management team.Who We Are Looking ForThe Prepared Mind: The partnership is won or lost in the preparation.
