Join a respected commercial plumbing and mechanical contractor where your field leadership moves projects forward—without constant oversight.

• Run commercial plumbing scopes end-to-end: rough-in to final trim.
• Coordinate daily with general contractors, inspectors, clients, and partner trades.
• Lead crews, balance workloads, and maintain momentum on-site.
• Interpret blueprints, plan layout, and stage materials.
• Troubleshoot field challenges and keep sites clean and professional.

Focused on commercial construction only—this is not residential service work, drain cleaning, or an apprentice position.

• Active Michigan Journeyman or Master Plumber License
• Documented commercial plumbing experience
• Prior experience as a foreman, crew lead, or project field leader
• Blueprint reading and layout capabilities
• Strong communication and a track record of accountability in the field

• $40–$60/hour, DOE and leadership background
• Guaranteed 40 hours for qualified employees
