Position Overview

• $50,000 signing bonus

• Salary ranges $620,000-$750,000+ based on average volume of other providers.

Position Requirements

Education

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency

Certification & Licensure

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (ABMS)

• Eligible for Oregon medical licensure

• Eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs

• Ability to obtain and maintain medical staff privileges and required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS)
