Receptionist / Customer Service Representative (Guest Services Coordinator) - Frankfort RV Kunes Automotive and RV Group is hiring a Receptionist / Customer Service Representative (Guest Services Coordinator) to serve as the first point of contact for our dealership. In this front desk role, you'll greet live customers, answer a multi-line phone system, schedule service appointments, register warranties on newly sold vehicles, and support our sales, service, and parts departments with accurate administrative and clerical work plus whatever else comes up on a given day. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, friendly, and detail-oriented who enjoys a fast-paced customer service environment. No dealership experience required we will train the right candidate. Receptionist Responsibilities Front Desk & Customer Service Greet customers and visitors, direct them to the appropriate sales, service, or parts staff, and maintain visitor sign-in logs Answer and route incoming multi-line phone calls across departments Handle basic customer inquiries about inventory, hours, and services, and keep the showroom and waiting areas presentable Scheduling & Administrative Support Schedule and confirm service appointments and assist with CRM data entry Register warranty paperwork for newly sold vehicles (primary owner of this task, with BDC as backup) Process incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, and enter new vehicle units into inventory Support sales and finance teams with paperwork, filing, and other administrative tasks General Support Coordinate with sales, service, parts, and finance departments to relay messages and requests Handle petty cash, deposits, or office supply ordering where applicable Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned Requirements Receptionist Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills Multi-line phone system experience Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; CRM software and dealership management systems a bonus) Customer service orientation and professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment Organizational skills and attention to detail Prior receptionist, retail, or customer service experience preferred Familiarity with automotive or RV terminology a plus, but not required Basic math skills for cash handling in some roles Benefits Eligible team members may receive: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Paid Time Off Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Daily Pay Options Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Parts, and Service Ongoing Training and Professional Development Career Advancement Opportunities Throughout Kunes Automotive and RV Group Join the Kunes Team If you're looking for a career with professional growth and a company that invests in its people, we'd love to meet you.
