Must-Have Skills/Experience: Experience across multiple surgical specialties. Areas of focus include neuro surgeries, orthopedic procedures, gynecological surgeries, robotic surgeries, general surgery, and urology. The facility is a level III trauma center with advanced operating suites. Services include medical, surgical, and rehabilitation. The environment promotes a diverse patient population of all ages. Experience with equipment specific to different surgical specialties is expected. The role requires availability for call shifts as needed. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate strong communication skills. Collaboration with the surgical team is essential to ensure patient safety and operational efficiency.
