Sign‑on bonuses available. Location 761 Main Avenue, Norwalk, CT (Fairfield County; outpatient clinic) Job Type Full‑Time – Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. Schedule Shifts rotate between 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 11:00 AM–7:00 PM. Flexibility with workdays and scheduling; open to 10‑hour vs. 8‑hour shifts. Responsibilities Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination. Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensed in good standing in Connecticut. CPR and first‑aid certification required. Experience in an outpatient clinic treating a variety of orthopedic conditions (post‑operative, pre‑operative, and non‑operative cases).
