We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of community living through our committed management services. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Flint, MI. The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of Condominium Associations and Home Owners Associations. Responsibilities include managing budgets, handling resident communications, ensuring property maintenance, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. The role requires regular inspections of properties, resolving resident issues, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Qualifications Property management and budgeting skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to coordinate with vendors and contractors Experience with property maintenance and inspections Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to property management Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
