Your day-to-day as a Assistant Warehouse Manager: Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily departmental operations and managing staff and resources Lead and cover for supervisors or the Operations Manager during absences to maintain productivity Collaborate on developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures Monitor operational performance metrics and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and quality Oversee inventory management processes, including stock monitoring and regular audits Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards Your skills and experience: 8+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment Forklift license and ability to lift up to 25kg following safety regulations Experience with WMS systems and RF scanning technology Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong communication and leadership skills Knowledge of cGMP, OSHA regulations, and quality management systems is an asset We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
