Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients within the Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, recognizing and responding to any changes promptly
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient progress and ensure accurate records in accordance with hospital protocols
• Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and ongoing care needs
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards

Qualifications:

• Active RN license, valid for Kentucky
• Minimum of one year of recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
