Labor and Delivery Travel Registered Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.

12-hour night shift with rotating weekends and call rotation.

We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Traveler RN to join our Family Birth Place Team. This role involves providing care in Labor & Delivery along with responsibilities in OR, PACU, and postpartum, ensuring couplet care for families. Our team is dedicated to evidenced-based practices and providing the best experience for our clients, averaging 60 deliveries a month and caring for infants starting at 32 weeks gestation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
• Utilize evidenced-based practices to ensure positive outcomes for both mothers and infants.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Participate in the call rotation and cover shifts as needed.
• Deliver compassionate and patient-centered nursing care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Colorado RN license or compact to practice in Colorado.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NRP and STABLE certifications required.
• Previous charge nurse experience is essential.
• Availability with limited RTO is preferred.
