bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of the Main Line is building a new plumbing service team in the western Philadelphia suburbs and is looking for ambitious, experienced, and growth-minded technicians. Qualifying candidate is a skilled plumber who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, and working independently. $35/hr Base + Bonuses | $80K–$110K Potential | No Nights or Weekends Compensation $30-$40/hr base pay (depending on experience) Performance and revenue bonuses Efficient, productive technicians can earn $85K+ in their first year Equipment Take-home company truck Gas card Company equipment and technology iPad with ServiceTitan What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues Install and service fixtures, water heaters, and plumbing systems Explain repair options clearly to homeowners Complete work efficiently and professionally Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area Use ServiceTitan for job management and invoicing What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential plumbing experience Strong troubleshooting ability Good communication with customers Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and take pride in your work Journeyman license is a plus but not required Service Area We serve homeowners throughout the western Philadelphia suburbs including Plymouth Meeting, Conshohocken, Havertown, Wynnewood, Wayne, Bryn Mawr, Villanova, Ardmore, King of Prussia, Bala Cynwyd, Berwyn, Devon, and surrounding communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
