- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
- Nationally recognized personal training certification preferred at time of hire; required within 60 days if hired (ISSA preferred)
- Active CPR certification - Preferred at time of hire; required within 60 days if hired
- Continual standing, walking/ frequent bending, reaching and occasional kneeling
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be physically fit enough to spot clients and correctly perform any exercise or movement included in the program.
- Requires full manual dexterity of the upper extremities including hands, arms and shoulders and unrestricted movement of both lower extremities, back and hips.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position which requires a minimum of 35 scheduled hours per workweek.
