Rapid Response RN

This position is for a Rapid Response RN specializing in critical care. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with high acuity patients. Candidates will be responsible for managing trauma patients, post-surgical ICU patients, and patients requiring intensive monitoring and intervention. Typical procedures performed include chest tube placements, central line insertions, and medication drips. Candidates are expected to have experience with advanced equipment such as balloon pumps and ECMO. The nurse-to-patient ratio is approximately 1:2, with 1:1 for high acuity cases. Ideal candidates should be organized, efficient, and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations. Prior travel experience in large trauma facilities and TNCC certification is preferred. This role requires a commitment to working collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. All candidates must be willing to adhere to unit guidelines and policies. No RTO or special scheduling will be accommodated.
