Pay: $19.22 per hour plus $2.00 per hour shift premium for 3rd shift hours. Schedule: 3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.). (Other hours and days as needed) Location: 10260 McKee Road, Collegedale TN 37315. Job Summary McKee Foods is seeking a Production Worker to join our team at our Collegedale, TN location. This position will report to the Production Supervisor. As a Production Worker, you will play an important role on our high‑speed production line, ensuring the efficient and precise packaging of our snack cakes. Responsibilities Assist with the packaging and inspection of finished food products, including: packaging unwrapped snack cakes into individual wrapping. Place wrapped snack cakes into cartons. Fill cases with cartons of snack cakes. Arrange cases onto pallets for shipment, following specific stacking patterns. Monitor production processes to meet quality and productivity targets. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Follow production schedules and meet production quotas. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Ability to meet strict attendance guidelines (with or without an accommodation). Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast‑paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards. Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills and ability to learn production systems/software. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with others. Ability to learn new processes, procedures, and equipment. Ability to lift 20 to 40 pounds on a regular basis (with or without an accommodation).
