Requirements:

✅ Valid driver's license required
✅ Must be able to safely drive a truck and trailer
✅ Ability to lead and manage a crew efficiently
✅ Complete assigned tasks to company standards
✅ Reliable and punctual every day
✅ Strong work ethic and positive attitude
✅ Must be willing to work weekends when necessary

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a lawn maintenance crew
• Ensure properties are maintained to company standards
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Train and motivate team members
• Communicate effectively with management
• Maintain productivity and quality on all job sites

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of commercial lawn maintenance or landscaping experience 
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred 

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities 
• Excellent time management and organizational skills 
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in the field 
• Knowledge of turf care, plant identification, and horticultural practices 
• Ability to maintain quality standards while meeting production goals 

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
• Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and commercial landscaping equipment 
• Must be able to pass a background check 
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly 
• Capable of working outdoors in Florida's heat and varying weather conditions 
• Reliable transportation to and from work 
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional 
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary
