General Dentist Locum Tenens Opportunity in Puyallup, WA

We are seeking a Dentistry (Dentist (DMD/DDS)) for a locum tenens opportunity in Puyallup, WA. This opportunity allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry with a supportive clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with including but not limited to surgical extractions, denture steps, digital dentures, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Dates: Oct 12-15, 19-22, 26-29
Schedule: 7:30a-5:30p

Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour

Clinical Scope

Including but not limited to: Surgical extractions, Denture steps/ Digital dentures, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning
Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth

Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.

Support Staff

1 hygienist and 4 dental assistants

Requirements

Active Washington dental license
Active DEA with all schedules
CSR if required by the state
Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
