Shift Hours: 8AM-4PM (Flexible) Dietitian Benefits: Competitive wagesbased on experience Daily pay option available Generous paid time off (PTO) package Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Supplemental disability and life insurance options available Flexible Spending Account 401k available Career advancement opportunities / tuition reimbursement Complementary uniform Friendly work environment Referral bonus Dietitian Responsibilities: Completes a comprehensive nutritional assessment on each patient upon admission Counsels patients on principles of well-balanced nutrition in individual sessions and conduct group nutrition discussions Prepares individualized meal plans that consider the needs of the patient including; medical, nutritional, age, cultural, religious and ethical concerns Provides at minimum weekly individual nutritional counseling for patients and family (as needed) Provides updates on the nutritional status of each patient weekly as part of team rounds/meetings and as requested Completes all required documentation and reports in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with the policies and procedures Demonstrates accountability for the proper use of patients protected health information Monitors meals and snacks, including eating/modeling normal eating with eating disordered patients Communication with referring and/or outpatient dietitian upon admit to program, during course of treatment as needed, and upon discharge from program Join us at Grove Park Healthcare Center, a member of Allaire Health Services, and start a career that's not just about work, but about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
