Estate Planning Paralegal Location: Carefree, AZ Primary Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of estate planning and advanced estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, LLCs, ILITs, deeds, and other estate planning documents. Meet with clients to sign estate planning documents and assemble estate planning portfolios. Schedule attorney‑client appointments. Prepare and send attorney correspondence. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of progressive estate planning experience. Highly organized, punctual, detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and possess a compassionate and professional demeanor. Can‑do and will‑do mindset. Enjoy working in a team environment; confidence is a must. Driven and willing to wear multiple hats, including those that are not directly related. Open to learning and a hands‑on worker with the ability to work independently. Enjoy interacting with clients in person, on the phone, and via email. Take ownership of each file and maintain high integrity and confidentiality. Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills, superior customer service skills. Analytical thinker with an eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively and switch gears regularly. Willing to periodically travel between Phoenix metro offices. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), email, and calendaring. Coachable, down‑to‑earth, and professional. Compensation DOE. A wage history, along with a wage requirement, is a required component of your cover letter and resume. More Information Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. This is an hourly position. Professional dress code.
