Qualifications:

• Active Tier 3 or 4 Minnesota teaching license in Special Education
• Documented experience in Setting III Special Education classroom
• Skilled in designing and executing individualized education plans (IEPs) for K-8 students
• Flexible, collaborative, and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead a Setting III classroom for K-8th grade
• Create and modify lesson plans to meet individualized student goals
• Implement and track IEPs, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Communicate progress regularly with staff, administration, and guardians
