Role Description The Clinical Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Fort Wayne area. This role oversees daily clinical operations for immunization services, including staffing, scheduling, workflow coordination, and adherence to clinical protocols. The Clinical Manager provides leadership to clinical team members, offering coaching, performance feedback, and training to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities include monitoring vaccine inventory and storage, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The role collaborates closely with community partners, administrative staff, and leadership to support outreach efforts, improve clinical processes, and enhance the overall patient experience. The Clinical Manager also participates in program planning, data review, and continuous improvement initiatives to advance Super Shot’s mission. Qualifications Strong clinical leadership and Clinical Operations experience, including managing workflows, staffing, and patient flow in an outpatient or community health setting. Experience in Training clinical staff, developing competencies, and supporting ongoing professional development and mentoring. Background in Medicine or nursing (e.g., RN, LPN, MA or similar clinical license) with hands-on vaccination, immunization, or primary care experience. Demonstrated commitment to Quality Improvement, including using data to refine processes, improve safety, and enhance patient outcomes. Understanding of community-based care and, ideally, Home Care or public health outreach to underserved or vulnerable populations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and community partners. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced clinical environment. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), immunization registries, and basic office software. Ability to work on-site in Greater Fort Wayne and occasionally support evening or weekend clinics as needed. Preferred: Experience in immunization programs, public health, pediatrics, or community health; familiarity with relevant state and federal immunization guidelines.
