This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities include coordinating, overseeing, and performing restoration processes as scheduled and ensuring quality control. Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction. Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities. Thoroughly document restoration projects support the services provided. Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects. Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members. Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned. Coach and train restoration technicians.

Position requirements include a high school diploma/GED, valid driver's license & reliable vehicle, and at least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.

Skills/physical demands/competencies include the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics). Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects. Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.

Pay starts at $20 - $26 an hour based on experience, with the possibility of overtime pay. Each SERVPRO® Franchise is independently owned and operated.
