Senior Transactional Attorney

Location This is an in-office position based in Houston, TX, with regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Note Candidates must have senior-level transactional law experience, strong drafting and client advisory skills, and the ability to work fully in office in Houston. Job Description Handle a wide range of business and corporate transactional matters for companies, healthcare practices, and business owners. Draft, review, negotiate, and revise contracts, agreements, corporate documents, and business transaction materials. Advise clients on entity formation, governance, business operations, commercial agreements, and risk management. Support clients through business transactions from initial planning through closing or implementation. Work directly with clients to understand business goals and provide practical legal guidance. Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on matters involving business law, health law, and related legal issues. Manage deadlines, documents, client communications, and transaction workflow with accuracy and professionalism. Qualifications Senior-level transactional law experience required. Texas Bar admission required. Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills. Experience with business law, corporate transactions, commercial agreements, healthcare transactions, or general corporate matters preferred. Ability to independently manage transactional matters and communicate directly with clients. Strong attention to detail, business judgment, and professionalism.
